So drag the guy through the mud, embarrass and humiliate his family and kids, aggressively question him after his accuser got treated with kid gloves....
And then say he's unqualified because he got mad about it..
And you have no proof that he lied about anything.
Just like you have no proof about any of the accusations leveled against him
He lied about little things.
1. He said under oath that he did not watch Blasey-Ford's testimony, but he did.
2. He lied about the extent of his drinking
(see the letter he penned about it here: https://www.nytimes.com/2018/10/02/u...town-prep.html )
In a neatly written postscript, he added: Whoever arrived first at the condo should “warn the neighbors that we’re loud, obnoxious drunks with prolific pukers among us. Advise them to go about 30 miles...”
Also note that many of his Yale friends have come forward about his drinking.

His characterization of drinking has been refuted by multiple friends and past roommates, as Vox’s Emily Stewart explained. He grew “belligerent and aggressive” as a drunk, according to Chad Ludington, one of Kavanaugh’s former classmates.
However, two friends of Kavanaugh’s — Kerry Berchem and Karen Yarasavage — were in contact with the Supreme Court nominee and his team, according to text messages obtained by NBC:
In a series of texts before the publication of the New Yorker story, Yarasavage wrote that she had been in contact with “Brett’s guy,” and also with “Brett,” who wanted her to go on the record to refute Ramirez. According to Berchem, Yarasavage also told her friend that she turned over a copy of the wedding party photo to Kavanaugh, writing in a text: “I had to send it to Brett’s team too.”
4. He lied about the meaning of boof and devil's triangle
Quote:
the word “boof,” a slang term that many have defined to mean anal sex, Kavanaugh defined as “flatulence.” Asked about the phrase “Devil’s Triangle,” which commonly refers to sex between two men and one woman, Kavanaugh said it was a drinking game akin to Quarters.
You can look the terms up online.
5. There were other lies in his earlier testimony as well.
Now perjury is apparently a high bar, so this may not rise to that definition. OTOH, he is a liar and if he is lying about the little things, what else might he be lying about.

and since I'm a Democrat - what's your comeback???? Not all Democrats believe what you do - we actually do listen to both sides of the story and make up our own minds without the help of the party rhetoric

Please stop, you are embarrassing yourself.
If there is one thing that we know for certain, its that Hilary is an incredible liar. She lies so much that she actually believes her lies. Thankfully, the voters saw through her lies....well, at least the honest ones.

And Trump is truth teller?I'll put Hilary up against Trump any day for champion liar. Trump would win that prize, hands down.
And y'all say liberals are delusional. LOL
Where would one have gotten that crap from? Oh, yeah, the lying leader and his false propaganda...
It's shocking how a certain segment of society cannot see the reality... it's as if their leader has put them all under hypnosis.

We know what he’s done in his professional life. We know he’s been a fair judge. We know no one who ever worked for him has said he was anything but kind and a great person to work for. We know he passed six deep FBI background checks where they interview people who know him and nothing has come up about drinking too much or being a mean drunk.
We cannot know the character of those individuals or of their actual experiences with Kavanaugh. A person can be a functioning alcoholic, not exhibiting any reaction to, since they will limit obvious drinking to their off-times. This may have likely become the case for him as an adult, since he admittedly still claims to like drinking beer - a lot.
The thing is, this has been about his exhibiting a lack of character and control while being questioned in this hearing, regarding an incident that in more ways than one, appears to have been involved in, with a typical behavioral pattern and history having been documented by others, and unwittingly, himself.

Reason: Edit, after re-reading prev. poster's post.
I don't remember GDubya admitting to snorting cocaine. Do you have a link?
