You do not know and neither do I.

But what if he did? It's still a far cry from running rape rooms or whatever you guys are conjuring up today.

Getting drunk is fun, Finn_Jarber. Lots of us have done so and most of us stayed out of reasonable trouble and moved on to productive lives.

Slurring, stumbling? Well so what? Are you now going to indict everyone outside of Saudi Arabia and Utah? When people imbibe, they tend to <gasp!> slur their speech and stumble. Those are hardly capital crimes my prudish friend.

The type of person you are attempting to paint him as would not have been able to graduate Georgetown Prep and Yale- or any school for that matter.

Kavanaughs own yearbook quotes prove he was an alcohol abuser. References to the keg key club 100 kegs by graduation, Beach Week ralph club biggest contributor, and references to boofing which is not farting it's putting alcohol or drugs up your rectum to be absorbed into your system.

I didn't see a "Partisan Attitude". I saw a person responding to the vicious, unwarranted attack by ONE PARTY purely for PARTY POLITICS. The Democrats are the Partisans here.

No, as a member of the Supreme Court, you mostly hear cases from attorneys who damn well better show you and the court the proper respect and reverence lest they be cited for contempt.

And he was not responding as a member of SCOTUS. He was defending himself against the biggest smear job since Joseph McCarthy.

I'm very close to Kavanaugh's age......
Like many people back then, I spent a lot of time partying in high school and I don't recall hearing any of those slang terms.

Most likely they are local colloquialisms.

Which means if you didn't go to high school at that time and place, with that group of people.... you have absolutely no idea what they actually mean.

It doesn't need to be brought up over and over and over again every time a misbehavior is pointed out by one political party as if this is an epiphany experience by an astute observer. Everyone knows it. And gets it.

And for future missing persons threads, yes on that too. The US only cares about missing pretty blond girls, not other missing people, so we can stop the obligatory comments on that when the next pretty blond girl goes missing.
Thank you for your honesty.

I spent more than my share of time in the USMC, I've been in bar fights in 5 countries and over things as petty as a parking spot. I've never been a big drinker but I did enjoy fighting.
