Just like conservatives are "butthurt" over removal of Conferderata, challenges to the "boys will be boys" mentality, traditional definitions/ideas of "manliness" in general, and calling out Trump's bad behavior. WAAAA!!! We can't call THEM names or be ****s to them any more. WAAAA! (I'm not disparaging sensitivity and being upset in general. I'm just holding the conservative-right to its own standards. Talk about hoisted by your own petard!).

As for motivating mobs, no more so than conservatives turn a blind eye to alt-right and their ideological close cousins. Also, why evacuate Republicans when you control all three branches of government? I'm sure plenty of liberals would take the place of the Republicans evacuated from DC, were they'll run the government just fine. BTW, capital cities, no matter where in the world they are, will naturally be more liberal than the surrounding countryside and probably the rest of the nation as well. That would still be true even if the US Capital was relocated to Utah, Oklahoma, or Alabama.

I don't even think he was mocking HER so much as the allegations and how they were presented. But you know, that was like throwing gasoline on a fire for the liberals!! They already consider him a cheating womanizer (I guess we'll have to ignore all the liberals foibles in the same arena!) so this was like manna from heaven for them to jump on. They're such hypocrites!
And you are right, President Trump is just saying what everyone else WANTS to say but CAN'T. He often lacks finesse, but I love it. I love it when I know liberal heads are going to explode!

Trump shouldn't be "mocking" Dr. Ford. What if she is telling the truth? I agree that there are grave concerns about those so eager to ruin a man's career over such flimsy evidence from the early 1980s. However, it is unnecessary and beneath the office of the president to start mocking her.

I find it highly embarrassing for republicans that it took a brash belligerent narcissistic New Yorker to teach the republicans how to lead and to stand up to the corrupt shameless democrats and start honoring the needs and demands of their voter constituents finally . I hope we see new republican candidates entering the party with the same courage and integrity to deal with corrupt anarchist democrats, but without Trump’s sometimes disturbing behavior and personality.

I do think Trumps's willingness to fight back in general has helped show the GOP that they won't die if they fight back.
"but heard about the mocking... it's unnecessary on Trump's part."

BUT, the ENTIRE SENATE can mock, accuse, destroy a mans entire life and THAT is OK.

Why are the dems in the Senate NOT held to the SAME standards as the president.

They REPRESENT THE ENTIRE POPULOUS OF THE COUNTRY and SHOULD "act" in a civil manner.

They even go so far as to say when addressing another senator, "the distinguished gentleman/gentlewoman from ...."

Why do the dem supporters accept such horrible behavior the dem politicians?

The ever present hypocrisy from the left!

So was Garland.

Yet that never went anywhere.

Smear job or not, majority of Americans don't support him being confirmed. So let's move on and find someone else.

This is the danger with a single party owning all branches of the government. There is no checks and balances.
