I watched some of his speech. Geeze does he whine. It becomes more obvious every day he never aged mentally beyond about 12 years old. This words, his actions, he is just a spoiled brat that never grew up. And he talks to his followers like they were idiot children and they love it.

I have only watched the clip posted and he uses sarcasm and humor to great effect.

There is something definitely wrong with him not to mention the so called adults that would sit through 2 hours of this display, I heard him state that windmills don't work when there is no wind and the faithful applauded as if that's some sort of revelation.
He needed to abruptly leave Vietnam with a day left in the meeting but he has time to spend time on this nonsense.
