Wow, her health seems to really be going downhill. She was barely able to talk and barely able to keep her head up and avoid falling asleep for just one hour.

Liberals could care less about her health or comfort, they just want a vote on the supreme court.

Lots of liberals think she will be healthy enough to serve 5 more years.

I wonder if her health might cause it to be necessary for President Trump to appoint a 3rd very conservative, constitutionalist to the court the founding fathers of America would be proud of like the last two judicial scholars.

It's sad that liberals are using this women for a vote on the supreme court. If Hillary Clinton would have been President I wonder if she would be relaxing gracefully in her own home rather than being used for liberals for a vote.

What Happens If Ruth Bader Ginsburg Retires in 2023?

New York magazine thinks she is going to be on the US supreme court in 2023.

The weirdest thing is the white gloves she is wearing. Really poor circulation, maybe? Germ-a-phobic?

Is Amy Cone Barrett trying on her armor for he upcoming confirmation hearing?

This is a disgusting thread. Justice Ginsburg has more than earned the right to dictate when she retires from the bench. Her dedication to public service is inspiring. She's still able to run mental circles around the likes of these posters and the current president.

Lets face it, someone that can't hold their head up, and can barely talk has no business remaining on the court.

If Hillary won, you dems would be all calling for her to retire.

The (D's) were begging her to retire when Obama was in office, figuring if a (R) won in 2016, they wouldn't have to worry about whether she could last 4-8 years. It is all about ideology with many of them, not her actually well being or desires.

As to Ginsberg herself, she is likely a decent person, as the late AJ Scalia and her were best buddies. I do not wish her any ill will despite being one of the most radical leftists ever to serve on the scotus.
I seriously doubt she will retire, and will likely pass away while serving. When that will be is anyone's guess, but so long as she does not become mentally feeble, she has every right to remain on the scotus.

I'd also point out how Hillary insisted Bill pick her, as Hillary has always been much more liberal and a feminist compared with Bill. He was a feminist, but in a much different sense of the word.

Proof that being a sociopath and megalomaniac doesn't guarantee immortality.

Yeah slicky Willy is an opportunist feminist and good ol southern boy. For him to be considered a feminist and the first black president sure was pulling the wool over the rubes' eyes.

Maybe Ginsberg would've retired at the end of Obama's reign of terror but she realized McConnel would've block her replacement too hehe.
