Ginsberg suffers from osteoporosis which causes her head to slump forward. If we are going to evaluate fitness to serve on the court based on medical issues, all judges should submit to a full medical exam which includes an assessment for alcoholism.

Looks as the woman will hang on to the bitter end like the war monger John McCain. It's a sad statement on the type of people they are.

Ginsberg?......... I wish her health and happiness.
Other than "knowing" she is a liberal, I could not tell you a single issue she has ruled on. And I doubt that any of the other posters could, either.

If we Republicans need to replace a Justice, we will. And we'll have the votes to do it, too.
So there is no reason to belittle anyone.

Holy crap....hadn't seen her for a while. If you can barely function, you should get off. I don't care what ideology you are.

I want somebody on there who is SHARP.

That was crazy.

How old is she? I wonder if she has osteoporosis and is hump backed? That would make it hard to hold her head up. Does anyone ever see her standing?

She seems really feeble.

There are plenty of things I don't know, but rest assured anyone interested in our scotus knows how various justices rule, who writes the majority opinion, who dissents and why.

I don't despise Ginsberg because she is an ultra liberal, I despise her because her judicial philosophy is one of activism and total disregard for the original intent of those who wrote and ratified our Constitution. She has expressed in several interviews her disdain for it, and has spoken ill of it and our constitutional republic as well.
When Egypt was looking to start anew, she told them they should not emulate our form of government if you can believe that.

She undermines it and disgraces the court frequently, all this despite taking an oath to uphold our Constitution.
At least some of the other liberals through the years had more sound reasoning depending on the case before them. She seems very unprincipled and loves the idea of legislating from the bench to achieve this liberal ideal of "ever evolving standards of decency".

Wow, her health seems to really be going downhill. She was barely able to talk and barely able to keep her head up and avoid falling asleep for just one hour.

Liberals could care less about her health or comfort, they just want a vote on the supreme court.

Lots of liberals think she will be healthy enough to serve 5 more years.

I wonder if her health might cause it to be necessary for President Trump to appoint a 3rd very conservative, constitutionalist to the court the founding fathers of America would be proud of like the last two judicial scholars.

It's sad that liberals are using this women for a vote on the supreme court. If Hillary Clinton would have been President I wonder if she would be relaxing gracefully in her own home rather than being used for liberals for a vote.

What Happens If Ruth Bader Ginsburg Retires in 2023?

New York magazine thinks she is going to be on the US supreme court in 2023.
Yes, we get that you're salivating like a wild animal at the prospect of her death so that Trump can fill the seat.

No doubt she is old, and soon she will die, but she still articulates more intelligently than that orange hairpiece you look up to.
