does hate crime reducing the freedom of speech?

If you are a Christian, then it is said you shouldn't hate anyone. This is the greatest commandment, love your neighbor as yourself. So the hate of people is a sin, no matter how you put it. People has the right to agree or disagree on points of views, but hating someone because they are gay is a sin.

Just look at where civil rights legislation has gone.
From equal rights to "affirmative" action. Also known as racial profiling, also known as discrimination.

All crimes are now crimes. That is a no brainer.

Murderers, rapists, batterers, muggers, dwi hit-and-runs, these people do not commit their crimes out of love.

So IMO "hate crimes" is just cowardly legislators reacting to pressure from the gay community, which is one of the most powerful lobbying groups today.

The constitution calls for Equal Justice. So by definition "hate crimes" legislation is unconstitutional legislation, what I call illegal laws, as it chooses a certain group for speshul treatment.

Suppose political conservatives demanded special legal treatment? Do you think you'd ever hear the end of it?

Are you more dead if you were murdered because you're a certain sexual orientation, rather than if you happened to have 500 bucks that someone else wanted and thought they'd leave no witnesses?

Is your family more grieved because you're gay rather than straight?

No, no, and no.

This is thoughtcrimes legislation, per Orwell's 1984. It's a slippery slope, and stupid, irresponsible, cowardly legislators have already jumped down it.

The end result will be neither pretty nor just.

That's where the gays want it to go. Some countries in Europe already arrest Preachers that teach the truth.

Good Evening,

"The End Result" is precisely what the American People most desperately and seriously need to consider while there is yet time !

Take a close look at the deplorable type of "America" the malevolent "Washington Career Politicians" are planning for all of us to live in.

Perhaps the "End Result" refered to will far surpass even the fictional "Nightmare" of 1984 !

If America soon falls flat on its face due to the treachery listed above ... we the citizens of this great nation must also shoulder a tremendous
portion of the blame ! Oh Yeah ... We Allowed It To happen !

Thanks / Lamar
