I am sure there are conservative judges with higher ethics and character, hopefully one of those will take this man's place.
More than 2,400 law professors who filed the complaints have determined that Kavanaugh has “displayed a lack of judicial temperament that would be disqualifying for any court.”

Former SC Justice John Paul Stevens declared that Kavanaugh’s statements on September 27 "revealed prejudices that would make it impossible for him to do the court’s work. “They suggest that he has demonstrated a potential bias involving enough potential litigants before the court that he would not be able to perform his full responsibilities.”

Moreover, these complaints were filed before Kavanaugh was seated, and a judge determined that 12 of them were serious enough to warrant investigation. The GOP pushed him through knowing this. They wanted him seated fast, before these investigations could go forward. Makes you wonder why, doesn't it?

This will wind up to be much to do about nothing, but that will never stop the foaming at the mouth Democrats.

The (D's) keep playing these games and sinking to new lows.
So don't be surprised if this comes back to bite them, just like with the so called "Biden Rule" & Harry Reid's "Nuclear Option".
I will bet leftists cheered when those fools pulled those tactics, but recently they have been in tears because of them.

`

The games are played by the (R)s who refused to investigate allegations by Kavanaugh's college room-mate and others that Kavanaugh lied under oath to Congress.

Clinton lied under oath and the (R)s impeached him.

Kavanaugh allegedly lied under oath and instead of investigating the allegations, the (R)s covered their eyes and ears and gave him a permanent seat on the SCOTUS.

GOOD work hypocrites!

Please list all his lies. This complaint keeps coming up and then we look at his testimony and find out he didn’t lie at all. So, really, please list the lies if you’re going to make the claim.

An asterisk put there by Democrats and their lies. Disgusting people.

Why are you so complacent about the unprecedented action of 2,400 law professors filing numerous complaints? That has never happened before. Doesn't that tell you something is not right here?

And why are you so complacent about how the Republicans fast-tracked seating him in an effort to circumvent the complaints being investigated? You have no concern about that?

The GOP is likely to hold the Senate. They have plenty of time to seat someone else that thousands of court watchdogs don't raise concerns about.

Again, name the lies. He said he drank alcohol, sometimes too much alcohol. I think he’s covered for whatever his roommate in college said.

2,400 academics made complaints about his temperament. So what? These are the same supposed lawyers who think the presumption of innocence should not apply to sexual assault claims by women, so they’re as wrong as wrong can be. They’re making a political complaint, not a legal one. So I ignore them as the idiots they are.

No, it is going to be the routine processing of baseless complaints that periodically occurs and nothing comes out of, but that we usually do not hear about. This is a big yawning, bureacratic nothingburger.

But if anyone hears of anything substantial actually being produced from any of this, please let us know.

Meanwhile, if you want to lodge an ethics complaint against a Supreme Court Justice - any Supreme Court Justice - that complaint will be appropriately considered and processed too. With the most likely outcome being that it is processed straight through to the round-file, just like these current complaints almost certainly will be.

They are not complaints about his temperament. They are questioning his ability to do his job in an fair and impartial way.

And again, this is totally unprecedented. Never before has a SC justice's ability to do the job been questioned by so many legal experts.

And no, none of these complaints deal with the sexual assault claims, so stop trying to muddy the waters. You have no idea what these 2,400 legal experts thought about the sexual assault claims. And it's a moot point anyway, because it has nothing to do with these complaints. This is solely about Kavanaugh's fitness for the job.

The complaints are being handled in court. So not political, legal.

But I get it, you are a party before country girl.
