Chief Justice Roberts has always been very concerned about the integrity of his court. The right-leaning majority the right has been celebrating might be a figment of their imagination.

And Kavanaugh is not out of the woods yet.

See carrot? Pull wagon.

Unbelievable.
Incorrect.

Sounds to me like Justice Roberts is simply trying to dot all the I's and and cross all the T's where his new Associate Justice is concerned. I believe his primary goal is probably to further legitimize the newest member of SCOTUS by taking action as far as these complaints are concerned. If he were to ignore these ethics complaints, he would risk further sullying the reputation of Kavanaugh as well as the court itself. Roberts has absolutely taken the proper action as far as this situation is concerned. And I think the left probably shouldn't get to hyped up about this just yet. And honestly, I have to wonder, just who submitted these complaints? I'd say it's probably not a mystery to most of us.

Default 75% of Americans Believe Kavanaugh Lied

According to an AP poll:

https://lawandcrime.com/high-profile...but-the-truth/

Only 25% think Kavanaugh was completely honest. If 75% believe he lied under oath then he doesn't belong on the court.

I like beer, do you like beer?

Only 25% of 1152 people think he was honest/75% of 1152 people think he lied. That's it. Unless we know how the sample size of 1152 people was determined, we cannot extrapolate that into any larger population. You will learn that in any statistics course.

Point to the applicable portion of the US Constitution, the rules of the US Senate, the rules of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and/or the rules of the Executive Branch that cover "opinion polling after an appointment/confirmation of a federal judge, as grounds for impeachment."

By all means, show me where post facto opinion polls are now translated to high crimes and misdemeanors?

We 25%ers are a proud group.

We still believe in due process, the rule of law, and standards of evidence.

Unless you are talking about Hillary of course. You all believe she is guilty despite no evidence or due process or rule of law.
