That’s exactly what they should run on. This is our country, not Trump country. A president should never ridicule or belittle any American who disagrees with him

Gee, that was hard. Probably took me three seconds. Is your Google broken, OP?
Firstly, that was from 2016, secondly, the list doesn't explain how they want to achieve any of these goals or even what the goals are.

Say confront our adversaries: Iran, North Korea, Russia, Afghanistan (thought they were our allies).

It doesn't explain how or why we should continue pushing US imperialism. No other left wing party in the world would be caught with that in their official party platform.

2. Support our troops with defense spending: What?!?!? This is getting worse, military spending doesn't help vets

3.Securing universal healthcare: Ok, this one is written in the most oblivious way. This doesn't mean single payer; if you read the text, it says expand Obamacare which is not in nature universal healthcare (I get they mean get Obamacare coverage for everyone but it is still not explaining how that would get EVERYONE covered)

It goes on and on, actually reading the text of each point either leads to bad ideas like the investment plans in rural america or straight out right wing corporatism.

LOL. I hope they do run on "decency and respect back in the white house". That would be nearly as funny as nominating Hillary again. Keeps those wonderful ideas coming dems.

I hope they do too because our president is sorely lacking in this field. When a president doesn’t show respect to all our country, he has no business being president.

LOL. I can tell that most of you who responded to my posted link didn't actually read the link. Because the very first line says:

"Every four years, the Democratic Party puts together our party platform, the ideas and beliefs that govern our party as a whole."

So this is the current Democratic platform.

Like clinging to their guns and religion or calling them deplorable?

You can't be a Democrat and not be 100% hypocrite.

So you’re equating 2 phrases with the constant daily insults by Trump. I don’t think so.
