Well, sure.

But the poster I was responding to seems to think that something should be done *right now*, and I was just asking him for clarification.

What IS funding and organizing the invader caravan? (such that it is...really a ragged bunch of people walking a thousand miles together for safety)

Hunger & fear and hope for a better life for themselves and their family.

Your excuses or theirs for invading our nation is irrelevant. Nobody has the right to enter the US.

If they are legitimate asylum seekers, they have already been offered asylum by Mexico. And, the international law establishing the process for seeking asylum, requires seekers to seek it in the first safe country they enter. Which is NEVER going to be the United States, bordered as we are only by safe countries.

In any case, you didn't answer the question, you came up with an excuse for the behavior.

I asked WHO is funding/organizing, and why is our government not addressing these criminals?

Spending massive amounts of money that he screwed the rest of us out of, to influence foreign elections and weaken the United States.

The President of Guatemala said it was Venezuela funding it, so that could be the answer as well? If you look at the original organizers, you'll see all sorts of connections to Venezuela/Cuba and assorted Communist movements.

There's also the real possibility that Soros is funding it via those countries, as they aren't flush with money right now.
I didn't say they are one and the same....one is an example of the other, I suppose though...in that Soros undoubtedly is informed by his Jewish identity and beliefs, much like the general group of politically active Jews in the US, who are collectively, basically functioning as an anti-American foreign element, with many holding views that place the interests of a foreign nation or foreign persons, equal to or higher than America or its citizens.

That's the relationship that I observe between the people politically identifiable as "the Jews" and Soros...that's the "intersectionality" that I see. You might not observe that - but I do. That's my carefully considered opinion on the issue.

Socialism must really suck to go through all that effort to get to a capitalist country.

The organizers handing out cash to the caravan members. Where's that all coming from? Who is orchestrating the services and paying for that? The transport, the food, all of it.

I thought these people were desperately poor and wanted a better life.
Now you're telling us they all have cell phones and social media and internet access? Don't they already have a pretty good life if they have the same access to technology as Americans?
That's a major element of living standards.

And they are clean and healthy..and disproportionately male and young. They do not appear to be in any distress at all. I haven't seen anyone in the caravans that appear to be starving or sick.

In any case, the notion that this is some kind of unorganized thing is without any basis. Even a social media event has an organizer.

Why are they not accepting the asylum offered to them by Mexico?

Republican Gaetz who started this story of cash being handed out has even taken back his initial claims.

In an interview, Mr. Gaetz says he now suspects that the men handing out money were cartel members sowing good will and seeking to subvert the government

Surely our government has this information, with all the intel they have on every electronic communication in the world. There is certainly a way to know who is involved. Where the money is coming from, and who is on the ground handing it out and who is behind the scenes coordinating with them. Its impossible to conceal, actually.

And these people need to be brought to justice because they are criminals: The support and organization of this invasion are serious crimes against the US.

So why haven't they been identified (publicly) and a response made?

What's going on?

A caravan at this time supports the Republicans stance and the fears they sell. A caravan would make more people anti immigration....

Why in the world would you think any Dems or Liberals would do that? It's not logical.
