I agree that you shouldn't proudly get addicted to them, but at the same time you should have the right to at least cuss once...

Also kind of ironic that people stigmatize cussing, yet at the same time they make it seen trendy and cool, I love it lol!
I used to think cussing in public was kind of cool... when I was a dumb kid. But I grew up.

Eminem, being a white rapper makes this even more of an interesting insight.

Swear words, by themselves, don't bother me in the slightest.

Me neither. But they do inspire pity for the speaker.

I always associate heavy use of profanity with uncouth behavior, lack of manners, and actually a bit undereducated. I don't cringe when someone swears, and I do as well, in certain company, but every other word....Try to express yourself with some dignity, please.

Exactly

And again there are far worse things to worry about, right?

The US could also learn from the sexuality-aspect from most European countries, they have way less STDs, teen pregnancies, sexual assault rates and 3rd degree abortions than over here. And they have way better gender and political relations than over here too.
Or maybe because they have more respect for their fellow person more than people here in the U.S. They respect their neighbors more, they respect their communities more, they respect a lot of things more than we do in this country.

Europeans are quite reserved, but they are also very respectful, overall. It has nothing to do with their driving ability or "handling" profanity issues, they are just respectful. They are not loud, they are not boisterous, (except at soccer/football games), they are not obnoxious, they are courteous towards one another - maybe it's because of that.

As for the rest of it: Give it a few years. We're already seeing that being completely turned around, not for the better. They have decided to import a whole bunch of people who have zero respect for their way of life. It's not going to end well for them.
