The state has become less livable every year..the predictions are spot on...some of the details might be off but overall the predictions are exactly what was predicted. A failed state that is heading towards a society with no middle class.

Housing is so expensive in here because people want to move here and NIMBY'ism is so common here. The combination of the two is creating this crises. Other than that this is the best state I ever lived in. Love it.

I’m watching this John Cox interview now , really good . There is video but you can listen to the audio too .

I’d encourage anyone to listen to him speak directly even if you aren’t a Republican .
The stakes are really high and there are really big issues , if Newsom wins it’ll be a continuation of the status quo
