Was it reported? What was he wearing? Did he provoke it?
According to Republicans - IF it wasn't reported at the time- it does not matter.
Next.
You obviously didn’t read the link. There are plenty of details, including what he was wearing (jeans), which hand (left) the senator allegedly first put his hand where and began to rub, how he grabbed the victim’s left hand and pushed it to his own groin, etc.
It should be treated the same as Kavanaugh. It didn't happen since the incident was not reported to the police.
Well, in all fairness, at least this guy came forward within a few years of the supposed incident, instead of 36. Perhaps he can produce some actual witnesses or evidence to corroborate the allegation, instead of a bunch of people who say they have no idea what he's talking about. However, if the man has none of this, then yes, it should be treated in the same way as the Kavanaugh accusations. Booker is innocent until proven guilty, and the burden of proof is on the accuser. Until I see or hear evidence Mr. Booker actually did something wrong, then he's innocent in my eyes and should not be harassed. Of course, there are going to be people looking for payback after what Kavanaugh was put through. But I won't be one of the ones dogging the guy if there's no real evidence to back this story up.

I would hate for it to be true... the Spartacus meme is just too precious to give up!
