An employee of a company voluntarily agrees to an employment contract upon hire. If they don't like their job they are free to leave.

However, violent authoritarians like you think there's such a thing as a "social contract" to which we all somehow agreed--even though there has never been a record of any social contract.

You're right! Utopias don't exist!

But it still doesn't change the fact that I shouldn't have to leave. Seems like you'd tell MLK and Malcolm X that they should go back to Africa to find that non-racist utopia that doesn't exist.
