“That is not how America works. That is how some tin-pot dictatorship works,” he said.

Making good on promises is not "tin pot dictatorship". Obama is probably mad because he lacked the qualifications and experience to run a dictatorship when he became president. Probably just thinking of all the other radical and fundamental changes he could have gotten away with while the economy was down...

Obama has become very funny in an unintentional way. He's embarrassing himself.
Ha! Hardly. He d make putty out of Trump side by side debate and he d do it with adjectives Trump would have to look up!! Everytime Obama speaks,its like, oh yea, a President. Nothing kerfluffles him.
