How is using their land to plant trees harming others?
I too thought 16 acres wasn't that big but I'm a city boy so no clue.

In any event rationalizing with them in this manner only encourages their delusions.

Nobody needs 16 acres.

Nobody needs 2 guns. One is enough.

Nobody needs to collect water on their property. The State will supply it.

Same ol' song & dance with these folks.

King Winterfall, can a man operate on 4.5 acres? 7.2 acres? 14.9 acres? 1.1 acres?

Bestow upon us your infinite wisdom on this matter. Us serfs await your decree.
Can you maintain that land?

If you can garden, landscape, and maintain 16 acres then its yours. The moment you give up on that you don't get to control what happens there as it is part of the community as a whole. Now if he lived alone that'd be different, be come on!

Can you maintain and take care of 16 acres of land? If you can, great.

Otherwise no piece of paper is going to make that land inherently yours.

The resources on your property are yours... Not the governments.

I can mix my labor with a lot of things. My intellectual labor will form contracts to keep you Marxists on one square mile in the middle of Kansas.

Enjoy your acre King Karl.

Yes it is but some feel this is some sort of attack on constitutional rights, plenty of laws regarding trees in jurisdictions. If you don't like it bring it before your elected representatives and get the zoning laws changed but please don't say you just cleared acres of trees and didn't know the laws. This comes up constantly with solar farms, not buying this excuse.

They cleared 1600 trees and it never crossed their minds to ask the question, pure ignorance.

It's not quite 40 acres and a mule, that's for sure.
