This isnt a free speech argument though, this is a contextual argument about what was said.
What I find disturbing is this.
Kelly said something alien level stupid and racist. Kelly will never work again. Fine... buuuut...
Vince Neil was under the influence and KILLED Nicholas Dingley while driving. He is still working.
Silly question and I would love to hear from our black members. Would you rather be called the N word for an hour solid by a foolish blonde in blackface or killed by a drunk?
Shouldn't your career be over if you kill someone?

She didn't advocate for it or anything, it was just part of a discussion where she said when she was a kid it was ok to dress as a character of another race. This is a big nothing being made into something.
Three similar situations. Only 1 of these 3 kept his job. And I will preface this by saying that I do find Bill Maher somewhat funny even though he is on the opposite side of the political spectrum.
You know what they don't have in common? Employers. All have different bosses, different corporations, different mindsets.

It's not up to us. It's their employers decision. Not a free speech issue.
Jimmy Kimmel and Robert Downey Jr did black-face. Where was the outrage then?
