Yeah, right, just forced, much against his wishes, Trump being such a modest, unassuming guy, and unable to use any of his own money.

Trump’s attorney claims the president had no choice but to spend $10K of his charity’s money on a portrait of himself

So, Trump was "forced" to spend charitable money on a portrait of himself

Wow! That's something.

Trump bent to the will of some mysterious force! We've never seen that happen before

Fortunately, he was only 'forced' to commit fraud, not treason ...

So...it was Trump being a shill bidder, something illegal in many areas. Even a felony in some. And in New York its a felony.

Basically Trump just admitted to committing a different felony. What a moron.

The late-night comics, Colbert and Meyers, frequently point out when Trump has just obliquely confessed to a crime.

As long as I get my wall, and military presence along the borders if necessary, I could care less.

Liberal tears = MAGA, so keep whining

His attorney should not have said any of this. Is that the best excuse they could come up with?

He couldn't come up with $10,000 of his own, he had to use the tax exempt money from his charity? He wanted to pay cash to American Media buy the McDougal story from them! Ten thousand is chump change to that man.

Then he didn't bother to reimburse the charity or buy the painting from the charity?

Who would want that oversized monument to his vanity in their home or office anyway? What a ridiculous item to offer for auction! No one would want it but Trump himself ...

This whole episode has a bad fish smell. Really rotten. Surprising even for that con artist.

That's what Trump lives for - monuments to his vanity!

Maybe so he could mount it next to his fake "cover of Time" portrait at Mar-A-Loco.

He's SUCH a weakling.

LOL. You live in Detroit according to your location. And you want to throw those kind of stones? Do you even drink the water?
