Yeah, so? There are more LGBT characters on TV now than before. There are more black characters now than before. There are even finally more Asian characters than before.

So what?

That's for sure.
1 parent can't work and care for a family
2 parent households are rare
Sense of community is not as tight knit
Schools are now leftist propaganda factories instead of places of actual learning
Instead of getting the mentally ill help we buy into their mental illnesses actually being real things

I am sure there are more and more things I can come up with with how great things were in the 50's compared to now.

So you shield your children from reality. Got it. Boy are they going to have a hard time adjusting to real life. They wil grow up to be Republican snowflakes whose learned behaviors will alienate them from the majority of people around them. They will demand to be protected from seeing such horrors.

The real Snowflakes.

We didn't have to deal with millions of illegals in our midst back then either and most Americans were patriotic enough to respect our immigration laws instead of vilifying them and those who do respect them and want them enforced.

You could revisit that other site and remind everyone what a hell-hole experience Georgia was in the 1950's for the majority of residents. What passed for TV entertainment in the 1950s was mostly a portrait of America in denial. That's partly why the turmoil of the 1960s was so disruptive and violent.

No I don't shield them from Homosexuality they know what it is well the older kids do since they have asked they just aren't allowed to watch shows that try to normalize something like that.

Indeed! When we did have illegals we had a president with a backbone in Eisenhower who swept the country and deported them! I wonder if President Trump will do the same thing in such a sweeping fashion.
