This literally has never happened, maybe like once or twice at most. Most terrorists are US citizens, regardless if they're ISIS-supporting Muslims, Neo-Nazis, or Antifa freaks.

Yes, even the Islamist terrorism is mostly domestic in origin. The 9/11 hijackers were the exception to the rule.
