No reality, when you work in a public role such as a school principal your actions and behaviors are subject to public review. Don't like it don't become a teacher or watch what you post on public forums for all the world to see...
I figured he was referring to the filthy state of most of the countries these "refugees" are coming from.
Have you been to Central America? No need to go, just use Google Earth. These countries are not particularly clean. Being poor is not an excuse for throwing your garbage on the ground.
I live in an area with a heavy Hispanic immigrant population. We have a big problem with littering here as well.
It's not that I disagree with what he was trying to say, but as a public school principal, he had no business saying that, and using that sort of wording which definitely rubs some the wrong way.
Situational awareness, people, this isn't rocket science.
He has no one but himself to blame for his actions.
A government agency, punishing someone for what they say.
Falls against every word of the 1st Amendment.
Counter is language with language, or make him right by punishment.

The government has not impeded his freedom of speech, the career he has chosen comes with the understanding that his actions and words will be judged by those he serves; the community he teaches in.
Could be worse, he could be sending bombs or shooting up somewhere that houses immigrants. Social media is tame as of late.
