I am for getting rid of it but it has to be done correct with a amendment, Trump doesn't or shouldn't have the power to use a EO on a constitutional amendment.
Just as Obama shouldn't have done the exact same thing with the DREAM act.
Congress needs to get their act together and start working together in a bipartisan way - otherwise we'll just continue the tribe mentality with each side staying in their camps readying for their petty little clashes.

Your "side" is criticizing Trump for wanting to end birthright citizenship, yet here you are criticizing him for birthright citizenship. Make up your mind.
The real problem is not Russians, or even Mexicans, but the Chinese. They are sending their people here to have babies, so they can get citizenship, in order to infiltrate, steal our technology & sabotage our progress.
Yeah, Trump can change the Constitution in 5 minutes but he can't stop Properties with his name on them from selling expensive Anchor Babies programs? And his SIL was caught in China promoting citizenship for buyers of his condos?
And, oh yeah....Trump has more buildings in Florida (although some threw away the brand recently) in "Little Russia" which is Sunnyside Isles, Florida. Walk down the street and Russian is spoken.
As Trump says we have to do it the "fair" way. Get in line for a Trump condo or a Trump profit-making Birther Package....and you are in like Flynt. But all those people who Trump uses to build and maintain his buildings? Nope. Rapists. Thugs. MS-13.
