Partially white? As in vote for a plainly bigoted candidate? East and South Asians aren't likely to vote for them for sure. Much less other clearly multiracial people. BTW, a lot of 19th to early 20th century heavy immigrant areas still vote Democratic in Presidential and even lower level elections. So there's that to contend with. Even California used to be Republican. It even voted for Reagan twice. Similar thing in 1988 with Oregon, and a decade or two later with Colorado. Not to mention Washington State. Even Florida used to be bright red, not it's the paragon of Purple. So "once conservative, always conservative" is no more true than saying "once liberal always liberal" about Iowa and certain Great Lakes states.

Eventually, when whites fall well below 50% of the electorate in key states, you Republicans will have to either have to ditch Trumpism or recede into a 10 vote per precinct party IF you're lucky. Who knows? The anti-Trump blowback could start as early as four days from now . If that happens, well, America will indeed have regained it's self-styled role as "The World's Leader". We'll just have to wait and see.
P.S. Although to be totally fair, France did manage to resist Le Pen (the French Trump), and Justin Trudeau is still holding on. So they deserve some credit, too.

More like demeaning all illegal immigrants as rapists and criminals (except a few "good people"- plainly just a rhetorical fig leaf to have plausible deniability). Plus saying a US-Born, US Citizen Hispanic federal judge could not be objective because he is Hispanic. His blatant disregard of Hurricane Maria victims (deaths now at 3000 - as many as died on 9/11). Referring to Central America and Africa as "****hole" countries in the same breath.
I know you wouldn't vote for someone who referred to whites as "The ice people, savage and violent because of their lack of skin melanin". Why should a Hispanic not cast a vote for Trump when he says stuff like this repeatedly about their own group?
No shortage of hyperbole, sounds like the OP is trying to connive himself throwing in Kavanaugh with Brazil and Brexit. There has been a return to conservative authoritarian governments in part of Europe but I don't see getting rid of judges as a victory for anyone. There is a reaction for every action, so we will see how this plays out particularly Brazil. Leaders need to produce so we will see how they address the problems in these countries, but claims that New England is suddenly turning red is a joke.
