Politics aside Pete Davidson needs to get help for his issues. I'm not sure if being a "db" is part of it or not but I'm tired of him being one.

I was READY to find it in poor taste.... from all the outrage I thought it had to be offensive... and nope, nada, zilch.

In general, comedians are supposed to be politically incorrect and edgy, so when I find something in poor taste, I view it as just that "something I find in poor taste", and move on.

Don't watch comedy, you obviously find a LOT that will outrage you.
My husband “just” lost part of his foot in combat, injury as a result of combat should never be fodder for jokes. I say “just” because we know vets that suffered so much worse, far too many who will never live a normal life again. Sorry, but someone making another person’s combat injury a joke is a big deal to us.

Would it be okay to make snaky jokes about an amputee and accuse him of trying to look like a peg leg pirate? A person with burns that have disfigured their face? Do we call them monsters? How about someone with a brain injury who drools?

I wasn’t okay with Trump’s comments about McCain, just like I wasn’t okay with Hillary blowing off the Benghazi death - which is why I voted for neither. I am not okay with this either. No one should be.

You work with military and military retirees, if I remember correctly. Why don’t you ask them whether they think what he said was non-offensive. And those others he made fun of - was he making fun of them for injury someone else did to them? The disgusting perv, for instance... was what he was being made fun of something that happened when he was sexually assaulted?

Two wrongs have never made a right. What happened to “when they go low, we go high”?

My husband is an injured Vet too.

My condolences on your husband's injury.

I’m pretty much of the same mind as you, but I voted the other way. Don’t like Hillary one bit, but voted for her because I think Trump’s the disaster. The election is water under the bridge, but imho Trump and his crooked administration are proving me right on an almost daily basis.

As if the alternative was any better?

That is something the Left doesn't understand. They think that just because someone voted for Trump it means that they agree with every single thing he says and stands for. We don't.

The McCain comment was stupid. Half of his tweets are stupid.

In November 2016 we had a choice between 2 flawed candidates. I'm sure there are people that voted for Hillary even though they did not agree with what she stood for and questioned her ongoing scandals.

With Trump the voters can be placed in 3 camps Love him, Loathe him or Lump him. I would say a great many voters Lumped him because the alternative was a disaster.

I liked Obama enough to vote for him the first go round but I sure didn't agree with half the policies, plans and schemes that bubbled from his noggin.

I'm sure there will be many more times that Trump sticks his foot in his mouth and gets his thumbs twisted while tweeting but I plan on supporting him in 2020.

Good lord.

Everything, and I mean everything, including some beta male on NBC making fun of a disabled war Vet, gets turned to Trump.

Some of you really need to go seek help for your Trump Derangement. He apparently lives in your heads 24/7.

I fully agree with this but enough people who voted Trump thought Hillary too was a disaster and a crook. The only difference is Trump has never had charges stick (hopeful that ends soon) and Hillary you couldn't get the charges to truly stick.

I'm not being snarky, I'm just not up on porn.

I assumed they said he looked like a porn hitman because of the eye patch.

Is that a thing in porn? Or does he just look like a porn hit man, aside from the eye patch?

Good for him and good for your state.
