Sure. But the two are not comparable AT ALL. One is a comedian who goes low brow, the other is the President of the United States. My expectation for their behavior is not the same. It's hard to watch the right's outrage over Pete Davidson, the comedian, while watching most Trump supporters giving a pass (or a cheer) to Trump's petty, jealous, and not-for-a-laugh insults to anyone not a Trump supporter. I can turn off Pete Davidson and he doesn't affect my life in any way at all. Trump...quite another matter.
