I can assure you that 'temporary peace' isn't going to last.

In any case, Pelosi's House Democrats are going to be Trump's worst f******* nightmare. Bring it on!
Wrong!

The dems are painfully aware that anything they do to Trump will further solidify his win in 2020. Let them try

Do libs really want Pelosi running the house if the Dems win?

Hell yes.

She can and has been able to outmanuever the Republicans despite being in the minority - because Ryan and Boehner can't keep their group united.

She's a big fund raiser and has been able to help get several new Democrat House members elected.

Boogeywoman for the Republicans? They've been doing that for decades, did it do any good this election?

The House Democrats will be Trump's worst nightmare.

Bring it on!

Read a story where the Black Caucus is demanding that a black person be speaker if they take over. We should encourage this!!! Contact the black caucus and tell them that we're tired of the liberal hypocrisy and its about time for a black speaker of the House. Love to see the Democrat in-fighting. Soon their disparate coalition will break apart. Especially as the Muslims start opposing gay rights and the Jews fight amongst themselves over whether Trump is pro-Semitic (movign the embassy to Jerusalem, supportin Israel) or anti-Semitic (because the liberal media says he is....) and above all when the minimum wage proponents start realizing no matter what the minimum wage is, illegals will always work below it!!!!!!!

There's no rule that says the Speaker has to be an elected member of the House so Hillary Clinton could be the selected Speaker. (...just like Newt Gingrich was trying to do a while back). That would place her in the line of succession once Trump and Pence are sent packing...Madam President.

OK -- go crazy Trumpers...

Well thank you.

Isn't Nancy Pelosi just a sweet little old lady?

She is just adorable when she steps up to that podium and demands to be speaker.

What's the chances Nancy? 100%! Take it to the bank.

So let her have it. You're not gonna take the thing away from the sweet old lady.

Just let her have it.

Hitlery would NEVER take such a position -she would consider it beneath her lofty royal status.

Totally agree! If Dems are smart, they'll pull back from the anti Trump rhetoric and focus on building their party, which frankly is in shambles, and finding a way to resonate with the average Joe of this nation who they have clearly lost. So the more they put into old "stop Trump" song and dance, the less time they have to right their own ship. I've said it before and I'll say it again, Hillary Clinton set the Dems back 10 years. She was a horrendous choice.
