OF course they'll want to charge about $1,000 or more fee to the purchase of a weapon.

Basically, a poll tax intended to skirt the constitution like has been tried with bullet taxes, registration fees etc.

Wonder how many more innocents and fictitious victims Bloomberg and Soros will slaughter in their hateful quest to control Americans.

No DUE PROCESS for you!!!!

Accusations and what is deemed unacceptable behavior is enough.

I'd say the same with our military and police officers as well. And damn, can you imagine the certain demographics that like to watch gangster rap videos. That alone is can be considered profiling and infringement on equal rights and a lawsuit just begging to happen. And the NRA will jump in, defend these people, win millions in court and possibly start to have a new voting block supporting them.

Oh but there's SROs. Yeah, like Parkland Broward coward? Warren v D.C. Police do not have a duty to protect.
3 things nobody wants to address. Maybe 4.
Motive.
Incentive.
Intent.
Enabling outliers.

I promise the moment you lemmings acknowledge you are solely responsible for your safety and well being, acknowledge the individual liberty to keep and bear arms is as equal to your beloved right to protest, and the moment we all start putting murderous scumbags down the moment they start, the better. I don't know about you, I'd rather see headlines that say "Attempted mass shooter" "Would be mass shooter"/school shooter etc etc.

I'd gladly volunteer my time to stand as an armed guard outside of a school to ensure nobody enters with the Intent and Motive to kill. I can easily get 150 others to do it too. Plus whoever else they know that would be willing to volunteer.
Wouldn't cost tax payers a dime. Think of it as community service.

But that goes against the grain of your agenda. That if gun owner then must be homicidal fringe murderer lying in wait.

And No I didn't win. Machine guns are still illegal to manufacture and possess to the common person. Only SOT holders and .gov can own newly manufactured machine guns. I won't stop fighting until I can walk in fill out a 4473 and take delivery of a brand new manufactured M60 MG42 MP5 PKM etc no different than buying pistols, rifles, shotguns.

It's my money. I should be able to convert a pile of cash into a pile of spent links and brass if I want. Who are you to tell me I shouldn't?

I'd also like to see real studies from various groups that could link these mass shooters to some psychiatric drugs. Like, look at James Holmes when he was on trial, that guy was a poster child of someone doped up on drugs. In fact, a large number of kids I know are on some kind of psyche drugs, that they have to take by orders from school counselors and child and family services. I have a little cousin on these drugs for ADD, and she is a walking zombie. When we try to wean her off of them, the first couple of days she is a little terror. And she was never like this before. She was just a typical kid, had lots of spit and vinegar and would question authority. But here comes the government school board members, demanding her mother put her on drugs or she will be arrested for child neglect and her daughter taken from her.

Before buying tools. Hammers are lethal.

I lived the majority of my life in NY. Bottom line is they want to make it almost impossible for you to even own a firearm. They want to make it so difficult that you will just give up and not want to spend them time and effort of obtaining one.

And what exactly in someone's search history would disqualify them from buying a gun?

Who gets to make this distinction and decision?

At what point in America did it become acceptable to punish people not for what they've done.....but what you think they might do?

Just a part of a modern back ground check. You will not be hired if you make threats on-line.

You should also not have a gun.
