Ok, this is a huge problem. This is the third thread that I've read where they are having "problems", and voters are unable to vote, told to come back, or stand in line for hours on end, if they have the time to do that.
In Arizona, this is happening.
In the NY/NJ tri state area (I think is what it's called), this is happening.
In Georgia, this is happening.
It's not like voting is a new thing - how is it that these people can't get their S together!?
Again, this is our government in action folks. Understand this before you vote to give them the power to operate even more complex and important parts of your life.
No, actually these elections are administrated at the county level.
Exactly. If there is culpability on anyone's part for the failure to obtain the hardware necessary for the proper operation of the local voting precincts on Election Day, it would have to be on one or more of the local luminaries there in Fulton County.
Georgia held early voting from October 15 through November 2. Presumably these ballot devices had the proper power cords then. While the voting machines would have been moved from the central locations for early voting to individual precincts for traditional voting on Election Day, accomplishing that is still a county function, not one belonging to the Governor's or the Secretary of State's office.
Overall perhaps but it should be up to the local election officials to make sure things are set up correctly.
As it stands we have one anecdotal example of the government screwing up (Yeah, that NEVER happens lmao) and no proof that it's insidious.
Meanwhile you and the OP are creating division along political and racial lines without a shred of proof.
Rubbish. Kemp is in charge and he has been pulling one dirty trick after another to reduce the liberal vote. He has been directly targeting democratic regions and minorities.
You know it, I know it, the dogs in the street know it.

There are over 100,000 polling places in the US, you've got 3 that are having issues.
This is the government we're talking about after all.
Just what sort of a Eff up rate to you normally expect from our local governments?
I'm sure many think it's no problem, since it happened in a democratic area. If it happened in a rural farm town or a white suburban community, heads would be rolling and on fire. But it's just some black people who want to vote democrat, so who cares? They should have brought their own power cords.
The Democrats mismanaged the voting system in their own districts (just like they mismanage everything else) and yet you have Leftists here creatively twist it so that they blame Republicans. What a riot.

You sound like some Breitbart writer. Proof? Who needs proof? Millions of illegals are voting....we all know it.
This is their congressman from that gerrymandered district. He doesn't seem worried about it. He likes to dance beside calling the Trump & Bush elections Illegitimate.
