He did ask the delinquents if they planned on killing anyone first He was formerly known for his harsh treatments of the teens who came before him. What a sore loser. He released all of the juveniles, not on the merits of their individual defenses, but (according to him) because of what he perceived to be the popular will of the people. That is not in accordance with the requirements of his judicial oath. He should be disciplined, if not disbarred.
