Bwahahaha. What a bunch of crybabies. Nobody is interfering with their first amendment rights. They have their own cable news network that blares out their insipid crap 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Let them sue. They will lose. Bye bye, you crybabies.

Well, read the Circuit Court's opinion in Sherrill v. Knight and you will come to a different conclusion. Or don't, and remain uninformed.

As set forth in Sherrill, the White House was required to set forth and abide by a set of "narrow and specific" standards concerning the issuance of press passes designed to further "a compelling government interest" to wit "the physical security of the President" from bona fide threats with the caveat that "restrictions on newsgathering be no more arduous than necessary, and that individual newsmen [may] not be arbitrarily excluded." It requires "notice of the factual bases for denial, an opportunity for the applicant to respond to these, and a final written statement of the reasons for denial."

It would appear to any objective viewer that the White House failed to do so.

'Refusing to surrender' is NOT 'physical force'. There is NO decorum in this WH, so nothing really surprises me. Next, Trump may eliminate all press conferences. He's aready fired just about everyone in his cabinet. Can't understand why people can't view this objectively..

It is when Acosta uses his arm against the female intern to do so. Clearly shown in the C-SPAN video.

Yet they put out a fake edit video. We know who the losers are. That's why they tried to cover it up.

Negative. Typical uninformed Trumpist response.

They have a strong case.

Acosta TOLD the intern, "PARDON ME MA'AM", where she has no power to pardon an assaultant.

As he aggressively pushed the WH staff person's arm away. Real tough guy, shoving a woman. He should be prosecuted for assault, and the Secret Service should have removed him, and taken him into custody. He should never be allowed anywhere near the President again.
