There was. Watch the C-SPAN video. Striking and shoving another is assault. None of the other journalists struck and shoved away the female intern to avoid surrendering the mic when the next journalist had already been called. Only Acosta did so.

As for other journalists, it seems Acosta was the only one who was grabbed by the intern.
The intern didn't grab Acosta, she grabbed the mic. That's her job, to transfer the mic to the next journalist the president had already called.

Please stop advocating that men bully/assault women to get what they want.

I saw the press conference live. It is all nonsense that Mr. Acosta struck this young lady's arm. True, you have a doctored video that appears to show a quick movement of Mr. Acosta's arm, but said video was doctored and put out by the good people of InfoWars.

If the young lady believes she was assaulted, let her file charges.

To cover their ass and no accountability, CNN claims Infowars and White House shared edited video.
Jim Acosta, CNN’s Whitehouse troll, lost his mic & his credentials but not without a fight (with an intern). Then they claim that Infowars blew it out of proportion when all they did was zoom in and slow it down to show he did in fact push on here arm as he pulled back. Watch…

Watch the C-SPAN video of the press conference in its entirety. None of the other journalists struck and shoved away the female intern to avoid surrendering the mic when the next journalist had already been called. Only Acosta did so.

I just picture Acosta standing in front of his bathroom mirror every morning repeating over and over "Mr. President! Mr. President!" as he shaves.

I hardly think Acosta assaulted the woman. Geez.

Do you file suit if someone bumps into you walking down the street?

I saw it LIVE. The female WH aid went to take the mike, and Acosta shoved her hand out of the way. His actions were overly aggressive, inappropriate, and possibly illegal. Why do so many think Acosta's actions were OK? They weren't!
