Two prominent Fl. democrats support illegally disenfranchising American citizens. Must be a citizen of the US under current law.

Democrats continue to be the party of anarchy and there is no law they will let stand in way of their pursuit of power.

Lawyers, representing their clients, of both Gillum and Nelson campaigns, objected to noncitizen's vote being denied.

The objection could have been over the decision & basis/evidence to call this foreign sounding name a non-citizen.

No reasons given, but transcript below:

We aren't mind readers. No point in considering facts not in evidence.
It was in court where they have to deal with the evidence.

“First one of these we’ve seen,” said Judge August Bonativa.
“Not a U.S. citizen, not counted.” said Supervisor of Elections Susan Bucher, according to the transcript.

lawyers representing Democratic gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum and Sen. Bill Nelson, D-Fla., issued objections -- although they did not give reasons for those objections. The objections were noted, but the vote was still not counted.

People should know what democrats stand for. Its not American or Americans. No one is really making a fuss about it. Its only confirmation of what most already know based of the actions of other democrats.
Just another nail in the coffin.

Sorry but why is this news worthy. Where is the evidence that the voter is not a citizen?

Is the right now going for guilty until proven innocent?

I would presume there is more to this discussion then we have seen. But without seeing that I do not understand how you folks know this is not a citizen.

Not suggest it is or is not a citizen...but why are we having this discussion with no basis.

Poor thread title. It should have read:

Lawyers For Nelson and Gillum Fight To Include Non-Citizen's Ballot In Florida.

It means absolutely nothing. We don't have any of the background or anything.

You are making up stories in your head again.

There are people who make that decision.
Its their job.
Read paragraph two again and see who they are.

Including the ballot of a noncitizen disenfranchises a citizen.
