This ambiguous wording has been defined through over 150 years of precedence. The time to have challenged it was when the amendment was passed and applied in a way you think it was not intended to be. You're 150+ years too late. Now you need an amendment.

Did they enter the U.S. illegally?

They are not citizens and having their babies here for the sole purpose of their kids having birthright citizenship. But they are Russkies and paying him for rental properties so he does not care and does not talk about them to his crowds of clueless supporters.

Correct. And the first precedent (and therefore the ruling one) says babies born to parents on U.S. soil and not subject to any foreign power, are citizens. As I have documented. Which excludes illegal aliens and their babies.

Looks like someone in this thread was indeed "150 years too late". And it wasn't me.

Better luck next time, Demmies.

So sue them, and take them to court.

P.S. You might have to take a number and wait in line, behind the thousands of illegal alien parents and their babies who find themselves being booted out of the country as they should be.

I know you don't want to (or can't) talk about illegal aliens' babies being ruled "not U.S. citizens" by Congress so long ago. You'd rather insult President Trump and call him names.

But it's about time to end your repeated attempts to hijack this EO-for-illegal-alien-babies thread onto a different subject. Feel free to start your own thread if you like... and if you feel you can't handle the subject of this one.

Back to the subject:
When would be a good time for President Trump to release his Exec Order on illegal aliens' babies' birthright? Within a week? Or should he wait until after the election furor has died down? Maybe January 1, 2019?

What's the matter...cannot face the fact that Trump sold you snake oil? How are Russkie anchor babies different from Latino anchor babies besides the color of their skin and the moola Trump is making from the Russkie oligarchy preggos?

If we don't get the EO and with Sessions gone, I'm about to start to conclude we are just being trolled on immigration and naturalization enforcement and reform. These open borders policies are an illegitimate joke, and constitute nothing but racial and cultural animus against the historical majority, and so is the government forcing the policies.

That's partly why I asked when the EO should be published. Personally I see no reason to wait longer than his advisers need to draft one, his lawyers need to vet it, and the White House Publications office to put it in a pretty folder.

A week sounds good enough to me.

Any reason to wait longer?
