Why? I am an Independent, but why do they bring politics into the workplace, going in your face challenging you if you voted for Trump or a Republican or if you are a "ally", talking about white privilege, etc.
I mean, conservative white women rant about abortion and such, but why do liberal white women take it the extreme?
Because all liberals are extremist. They are all basically identitarian/leftist/collectivist/socialist/communist of the Critical Theory persuasion, so that's what they do criticize the culture and the people to advance their self serving goals.
Conservatives are traditional and seek to understand and accept and preserve the culture not criticize and completely alter it. Leftist dislike and want to change the culture, conservatives like and want to support the culture.
Because they carry around strife on their backs 24/7 and are just miserable people so you know, misery loves company and all that. I just laugh and mock them, it's more fun that way.

Same could be said about conservative white men vs liberal white men. Most of my conservative friends are in your face about guns and some are borderline racist. I really don't hang around with them anymore because they complain more than anybody I know. Some of them believe the conspiracy nonsense that is being pushed by Hannity, Limbaugh and Trump himself.

Maybe all the metal around their eyebrows and nose keeps them in constant pain.
I guess it’s because they have a brain and conservatives find that unattractive in a woman.
