OP thinks the 10 round magazine law would've prevented a military trained hot head from killing people.
Lol.
It WAS a 10 round magazine. That's not "hicap." Besides, did you read that he paused and posted to social meida during shooting? If he had that much free time, I would think he had plenty of time to drop the empty mag and reload. Trained people can reload before the empty mag hits the ground.
That also how a few places are selling fully automatic weapons, its all 'labelled' a certain way, parts, a kit, etc. its a loophole they have found and are taking advantage of it.

So... you mean Chuck Schumer and Feinstein lied about people having the ability to subdue the scumbag because they'll fumble the reload?
Kinda like the Maryland gazette employee who tweeted out nothing more terrifying sound in the world, than hearing the gun man reload.
Funny....the side that wants to ban an object that only kills in the hands of a killer, do everything possible to make sure the people who kill get to run free and live among us!
First off, it's unconstitutional in so many ways the biggest being stealing something without compensating the person. The Govt wanted to steal the mags without paying for them. Second, there are tests after tests showing that the rate of fire is barely different between a shooter with 4 5 round mags, 2 ten round mags or 1 20 round mag.
I'm guessing the military won't be taking note of these "tests"
The right-wing keeps interfering with California's affairs.

If you don't want to buy hi-capacity magazines, then don't. Simple. They are in common use, so there's nothing you can do to stop their manufacture or sale. Your efforts are a waste of time, and annoying.
