Yes, but it has nothing to do with calendar-based age, not really.

One could say the same about gender, but here we are.

Are you serious? You don't have a problem with legal age changes?
Here is a list of hypotheticals - you sincerely wouldn't have a problem with any of these?
1) Your 15 year old daughter brings home her boyfriend who is 37, but self-identifying as 15 and in her gym class.
2) Your 55 year old neighbor is tired of his job, self-identifies as 70 and starts collecting social security and Medicare.
3) Your 18 year old decides he is actually 21 and starts buying liquor and weed in bulk.
4) You have to be 35 to be president...a 19 year old simply self-identifies at that age so he can run.
5) You have to be 10 or under to enter a designated area at the theme park. A 23 year old self-identifies as 8 and runs in.
6) There is a rocket football league for kids who are 12...an 18 year old self-identifies as 12 and steamrolls the league leaving a trail of bruises.
You wouldn't have a problem with any of that?
It is nice to have an "open mind," but if you leave your mind too open - might it fall out and you lose it?

He's only fooling himself - he looks his age - 69.
He looks like hell for a 49 year old. Even dumb blondes won't be fooled.

age is just a number...just like your bank account,
or how many spouses, children, pets you have.
if we are legally allowed to "identify our number"...
i would like to choose 2 billion for pension purposes.

It will be when you're paying for some 20 year old "studies" major who decides (s)he/it is 67 and
deserves social security and medicare.
