Yea, I'm not buying the idea that liberals are "pro-education" or "pro-reason."

Meh, sounds like kids are paying more attention in social studies class than they are in science class.

TBF - Isaac Newton is probably a lot more well known in his natve Britain than he is in the US.

Although we Brits do know who MLK is, indeed they unveiled a statue of him at Newcastle University in the UK last year to mark the 50th anniversary of Dr King's visit to Newcastle in 1967, where he gave his last speech outside the US. King was awarded an honorary degree by the University, with Newcastle being the only UK University to honour King during in his lifetime.

This could be an interesting thread, but the OP forgot to include a link. What's the reference for the discussion?

That does seem logical to me - laws of motion, gravity etc exist, whether we acknowledge them or not.

Civil rights are something that only exist as result of ongoing awareness and struggle.

The two don't have to compete though -both outstanding men.

The sooner the communist can get at them the earlier they can brainwash them.
SJW preschool classes are on the way.

The idea that civil rights is communistic, is laughable

Too many in the West, are losing sight of the value of equality -these people are traitors to the West.

Are we really gonna turn against MLK today? Is that what we’re doing?
