Who Spencer or Reagan is conservative? I personally don't think Reagan lied about wanting smaller government. I think republicans do sometimes lie about that and Reagan let those in government have their way growing government.
This topic right here shows that a switch occurred. If you see a truck with a confederate flag on it, what other stickers are typically on it? I live in teh South and I see a decent number of confederate flags. Without exception, the other stickers on the car are pro-guns, anti-abortion, something about Nobama or Killary, something about Yay Trump or MAGA, and usually something like "the South WILL rise again!" It is not democrats who are flying that flag.
This is anecdotal info. I'm not going to try to deny that there are white Southern racists who are Republicans, just as there are black northern racist Farrakhan supporters who are Democrats. I don't believe that either have great numbers.
What do you think of the arguments in post #1, namely that the shift of the South from D to R was largely a matter of economy that started under Ike, in the 1950s, when the Democratic party was still overtly the party of segregation.
Is there a single White Nationalist or KKK member in 2018 America that would identify as a democrat?

Also democrats are trying to take away their rights, freedoms, liberty and opportunities and culture away. How is it moral and not racist using the government to take things away from white people that they value? Democrats are actually taking these things from all Americans but they sell it as opposing "white supremacy".
