Interesting, how it's only gone down a percentage point lately. When the recession comes, the number of likely spike again causing debt to skyrocket because liberals are advocate passively for poor women and men to have as many babies as possible with the promise government will the bills.

Will be interesting when the baby boomers need taxpayers in 2030-2040 and the main demographic of taxpayers that is having kids these days and lots of them is welfare families.

Middle-class responsible women and men who put in an honest 40 hours at a decent job and even upper-middle class are having far less children than future generations because they are being taxed like crazy for welfare queens and parolee welfare kings to have insane birthrates.

I have been in parts of LA, Phoenix, Las Vegas, El Paso and it's like a joke with how many poor women in poor neighborhoods are pregnant with children they can't afford and they already have numerous children already likely from different "baby daddies"

LA and NYC would be far more affordable if so much housing wasn't paid for by government welfare section 8 vouchers who should be reserved for America's senior citizens, disabled veterans and people who with terminal illness or severely physically disabled.

Seems like alot of big cities outside of a few yuppie areas are welfare queens and kings with children they can't afford and illegal aliens who have as many kids as they possibly can for those big section 8 vouchers, huge EBT card prizes with a thousand or more if the family is big enough, free breakfasts and lunches for the kids, child care for pennies on the dollar for what the middle-class and wealthier parents and month after month of free TANF cash for manicures, sampling different restaurants and going to spa's and salon's.

Lots of poor women have babies they can't afford because they immediately go to the front of the line for coveted section 8 vouchers.

I guess that is why big cities like New York, Los Angeles, Chicago are basically stroller cities. People who can't afford to buy a house just need to make less money and have babies they can't afford and section 8 vouchers are rushed to them with subsidized utilities.

Free lunch isn’t Welfare. Essentially any American who makes less than 60,000 a year as a family will get free or reduced lunch.

Every kid that goes to public schools should be counted.

The responsible behavior when confronted with too-high costs is to not have children.

I have heard out of wedlock births are down a bit but many women marry men who can't raise the family without welfare.

The cost of raising a family has surged since 1999 and yet the number of people having families they can't afford is surging.

Lots of caravans are soon to rush up after the election. Hopefully, they go to welcoming liberal cities like LA and Phoenix.

Sadly we're human.
Mistakes can be made.
And my generation doesnt think about family these days because of how tough things are today.

Then they are being responsible instead of treating a child like an emotional support animal, a sense of purpose, or an obligation to their elders. They are making the prudent and humane choice.

Times are tough for many single people with the money that is confiscated for taxes that go to poor families welfare's, times are tough for many seniors who have to pay taxes on Social Security for poor families on welfare, times are tough for college students who have lots of student debt because the so much of the states general fund is spent on poor families welfare programs.

Times are very easy for poor families with children who get financial windfall that is promised just for irresponsible behavior.
