There have been several high profile cases of colleges rescinding admission offers. The most famous is probably the Harvard case. You best believe that of any community, parents of Harvard bound students would have sued if the action taken by Harvard was illegal.
Let's first start with: Harvard is a private university, so it wouldn't be subject to the same rules and regulations as public universities.
Let's end with, just because people didn't sue, doesn't mean they didn't have the right to sue. This is a logic fail on your end, but not surprising given the caliber of your reasoning throughout this thread.
While somewhat irrelevant, since as stated Harvard is a private university, you should give more detail so people can look it up. It might be that some details escaped the limits of your intellect.
Even libel and slander won't see the state punish you. Merely, they allow another individual to sue you for damages.
The school is funded by the State...
If someone wants to pursue civil damages, they are more than welcome, remembering "slap back" fees to those that lose.
