An exclusion order being granted by courts by all intents and purposes CONFIRMS abuse by the defendant. You weren't well aware of anything. You decided to do research after the fact. And you were WRONG.
I was aware of it before posting, and it means nothing. Seriously, it does not confirm abuse by the defendant. You dont have a lot of experience with this do you?

Try again. I said probably. I didn't state that as a complete fact like YOU did. Doesn't make what I said UN-TRUE either. What's true is that he's in jail for suspicion of domestic assault. Not Donald Trump. Goodbye.
LOL. Thats because Donald Trump is a billionaire. Sad, but true. Because anyone else whose wife said he did that? They would be in jail.

"Thats not physically abusive"
So verbal and emotional abuse is okay, as long as it's not physical abuse?
The kid was so scared he was hiding. He'd threatened her that he would see to it their son would be taken from them...."He also allegedly said he would ensure both of them get arrested to ensure their child gets placed in protective custody."---(from link in the OP)

Two people who, in your mind, are the same and you love one and hate the other, lol. Usually people would fee the same way about both.
Yes, it's an admission he hit her but not necessarily an admission to battery. He is allowed to hit back if she truly hit him first. I guess time will tell what should be believed and what should be ignored.
Only if it's proportional. Slapping him doesn't mean he can pin her down and punch her face ten times. (Not saying that happened.)
He has to spread the love for women around. I bet the estranged wife is up-set she has to share his affection. She did warn that he was explosive. We should wait for his mugshot to be released to see if he has any obvious injuries. The ex-wife is now claiming he would never hit a woman. So he is innocent until proven guilty. Something he never afforded Kav.
Now its reported a bail is set at $ 50.000
I wonder where he'll get that money when he's millions in debt.
Haven't you noticed? People millions in debt always drive nice cars, wear nice clothes, eat at expensive restaurants, and take great vacations.
