When Trump is asked a rough direct question he just doesn't answer it. He Throws out a bunch of word salad that makes no sense and isn't even directly related to the subject.
Acosta is very good at not accepting BS from politicians and knows how to ask the same question in different ways until he gets a clear answer.
This methodology totally disarms Trump and he doesn't know how to deal with it. He's pinned into a corner by Acosta and he lashes out in juvenile anger.

people calm down......this was temporary. The Judge still has to rule on the case and explain how Acosta's free speech and due process were violated which he hasn't done. Once he opens up to that the SC will overturn him.
The DC District Court is the only Court with jurisdiction in this case (so there is no forum shopping) and you are assigned to a Judge the moment you file the case and receive a docket number (so there is little opportunity to "judge shop"). And although in years past, plaintiffs' attorneys had filed a case, looked at the judge, and voluntarily dismissed it only to refile over and over again until they got a judge they wanted, but the Clerk of the Court has pretty much put a stop to that practice nowadays.
Anyway, what kind of idiot would "judge shop" by choosing a judge hand-picked by the President they are suing?
