Don't you just love those people who tell others what to do with their own money?

No good deed goes unpunished when you have a bunch of busy bodies trying to dictate others lives.

All you have to do is buy a ticket. There's no reason to be jealous of someone elses good fortune.

I have a lot of fun daydreaming about all of the good I could do on the few times I get to buy a lottery ticket or scratcher. We don't have it in our state, so we do a small amount as part of the vacation fun.

From what I've heard, the veterans aren't getting extra cushy benefits or anything, so I am not sure what that poster was talking about.

Wounded Warriors is a messed up organization that spends a lot of their time and money suing other vet charities. 28% of what they take in is just gobbled up in overhead.

My family is all military and have numerous vet friends. None respect that organization.

Her money, her decision what to do with it, some people just don't like that concept it seems. Personally, I am sure I would donate money, can't say how much, but I would like to help people with medical bills in select cases that I WOULD RESEARCH OUT, and personally get with them to help out that would be my gig on charity.
