A professional soldier can and should perform his/her duties, i.e., fight terrorism, with discipline and without sadistic bloodlust. In fact, it's vitally important that one doesn't fall into the same barbarism that we accuse our enemies of - for tactical, strategic, and moral reasons. Seems like Chief Gallagher wasn't able to do so.
Seems like you have a problem with the criminal justice system, which acquitted Gallagher of what you're alleging that he's guilty of.
Well either the seals or the Iraqi General is lying. You never answered the question regarding the pardon.
I don't owe you anything. The only reason I replied to your post is because you pretend Trump pardoned the war crime. (the war crime is that he killed a teenage ISIS fighter)
NO, Trump has nothing to do with it. Like I said earlier, when the lead Prosecutor was removed, when the witnesses started changing the testimony, that means game over
This is the ONLY reason I replied to your post. I don't care about Trump in his case. But your mistake needs to be corrected. That's all.
A retired Navy SEAL whose war crimes trial made international news has launched a video attack on former SEAL teammates who accused him of murder and shooting civilians, and who testified against him at his San Diego court-martial in June.
In a three-minute video posted to his Facebook page and Instagram account Monday, retired Chief Special Operator Edward Gallagher, 40, referred to some members of his former platoon as "cowards" and highlighted names, photos and -- for those still on active duty -- their duty status and current units, something former SEALs say places those men -- and the Navy's mission -- in jeopardy.
The reason they were willing to testify against him was because they knew he was unhinged and would sooner or later get them killed or court-martialed.

His recent behavior sure calls into question of whether he was actually innocent.
Unbelievable what he did on social media. If some news reporter listed names, unit, and location of active duty SEALs, there would be enormous outrage, and rightfully so. Yet this lunatic actually had people supporting him outing SEALs on Facebook.

Sickening.
Well, after all, he just took a page of Dick Cheney's playbook.
