Hillary’s old and out of office. She could die tomorrow.

There's a need for a new demon to scare the bejesus out of the right wing and keep them in a frenzy.

Ergo, AOC.

You still don’t realize how juvenile you appear here, wagging your finger at people discussing politicians on a political message board. This is an extremely appropriate place for discussion of any and all politicians. If you do not like it it is you who should consider leaving, rather than using profanity and insults to pressure people out of discussing politics here, at a politics board.

Looks like they are getting a lesson in politics from their own party. Don't act a fool or mess with Nancy !!!

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/oca...eans-committee

House Democratic leaders this week passed over New York Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib, and other new progressive firebrands for memberships on powerful committees, despite a viral campaign by liberal activists

From the article, I do not see where these freshmen representatives were themselves lobbying for membership of these committees. The article talks of a viral campaign by some far-left group on their behalf. I doubt these freshmen reps feel like they have been slapped down, although that group may feel such.

That is one of the most nonsensical ideas I've ever heard.
I'm supposed to cover the whole progressive movement.

What are you on ? My funny bone, maybe !!!

Most know there is a lot going on behind the curtain. The article implies there is a problem when : Ocasio-Cortez, a 29-year-old self-described Democratic socialist, has repeatedly come up short in her efforts to tangle with senior Democrats in her first days in office

Also shot down was Justice Democrats' bid to have Tlaib placed on the Appropriations Committee.

She was most inappropriate for the Appropriations Committee.
Having to apologize for her stupid mouth.

...little consolation when people like Maxine Waters and Bennie Thompson are now running influential committees.

This coming from the people who tried to make "Trump Derangement Syndrome" a thing...

You're free to discuss as many politicians as you want. I'm free to point out how ridiculous you look focusing on a freshman rep who didn't get position that freshman reps don't get. You see how that works?

The issue you're having is that realization that you are looking foolish, so here you are asking me to stop picking on you. Talk about growing up. If you don't like people picking apart your logic, then don't say it out loud. You want judgement-free reactions to what you're saying, then don't say them where other people can hear you.

More backtracking. You've gone from "I'm not focusing on AOC" to "Of course I'm focusing on AOC. I can't talk about broader political movements" in the span of one reply.

So now we've gone from "this isn't about AOC" to "I'm just talking about AOC for now" to "This obviously all about how AOC is failing at her job"

You can't even keep up the charade that this isn't about AOC for more than a post before you stumble back down into obsession territory.

Your logic doesn't intimidate me.
I've yet to see such a jumbled up bunch of crap as what you describe to my intentions.

Please don't stop.

You know who else is in the link ? Khanna. I wonder if anyone has ever heard about that clown. I never have and still don't know much about him/her/it from the link.
