She's a thorn in the side of both Republicans and establishment Democrats. Good.

When I look into her big brown eyes I see them looking back saying spank me, spank me and apparently the democrat leadership sees the same and complies. Where the hurt is really going to set in is when the committees use her ideas and the more experience members get credit for it and get the camera time. She will be on the sidelines saying look at me , look at me, it was my idea, I said it first.

Much ado about nothing - freshmen Congressmembers don't typically get really plum assignments, let alone leadership positions. It's called the seniority system, folks.

Her Tweets are starting to get as bad as 45. I feel like they both think they are being "cool" when they have snarky Tweets or retorts. I'm sure the 16 and under crowd loves it. I think we have a lot more down hill to go before anything gets better. Was hoping the Dems would counter Trump with a more adult approach, but instead it appears they are playing down to his level.

This is interesting.

Poll finds broad support for Ocasio-Cortez’s 70% top-tax-rate proposal
Quote:
A poll published by The Hill and HarrisX found 59% of registered voters support the idea. It polls relatively well among Republicans, with 45% supporting it. Independent voters support the idea by a 60% to 40% margin and Democrats overwhelmingly do, by 71% to 29%.

Yep when you rob Peter to pay Paul you can always count on Pauls support.

What a clueless and obtuse response by someone that evidently has no idea how successful economies are built in conjunction with a thriving and growing middle class or any idea of historical events and policies that support and create a healthy middle class.

I find Cortez a refreshing reminder that you don’t have to be a an ignorant old white guy to get elected to Congress. You can also be an ignorant young puertoriqueña.
