President Trump recently awarded (posthumously) the 'Presidential Medal of Freedom' to Elvis. A music critic for the Washington Post said that it was racist.

Look, I am far from a fan of Trump. But I have to call out race-card idiocy, even if it is coming from my own side. At some point we Democrats have to knock it off.

Also an interesting note from the RCP piece by Carl Cannon. Evidently Trump is pals with Sly Stallone, who informed him of the Jack Johnson case.
