DACA did not contradict the express requirements of an existing law.
DACA contradicted immigration laws. It was completely illegal and an over reach of executive powers. You cannot just give millions of people immigration status.
DACA was legal, blocking asylum seekers is illegal. No court has found that DACA was illegal and it has been challenged so stop with this activist judge nonsense when you don't like the decision.
Oh please. I love how you guys say that congress writes immigration laws but when Obama took a pen and legislated DACA ILLEGALLY. Thats ok.
Then Trump ends DACA (an illegal EO ) and a judge says he cant? The hypocrisy BS level is off the charts.

No, he didn't create law with DACA. It passed the legal test.
In the other hand, how could you possibly be OK with Trump doing this, while complaining someone else did something similar? Wouldn't that be hypocritical. Heck, Trump himself complained about EOs and DACA, and how he doing the same thing. He complained about the debt, and now he is running up the debt. He complained about taxes, and now he is imposing MASSIVE import taxes without asking the Congress. Sure sounds like Mr Hypocrisy himself.

Well, I mention Obama because everyone worshipped him as if he was some messiah. He did anything we wanted with no checks. Trump did not give amnesty to millions of people .
Trump is trying to actually defend our borders, create sane immigration policies, and reduce illegal immigration of third world migrants that will eventually collapse our country.
We are full. We cannot take in the whole world based off feelings. The country has been gutted out.
Already knew this was going to happen. It seemed like the new asylum rules actually were helping. Now our borders are going to be flooded with illegals AGAIN!!!
Asylum seekers can still seek asylum at the border but that doesn't mean they will be granted parole to enter the US to wait for their pending application. The vast majority of central americans do not meet the requirement for a parole.
