Oh, I know....the U.S. Government Office of Accountability is just a right wing agency.

Now you post YOUR links from government sources to prove what you've posted.

As soon as tax evasion is also legalized for US citizens and legally present aliens. Tit for tat. They get something. We get something. Deal?

And I wonder how many Americans are aware that children in Mexico cross the border to attend our schools.

Agreed. Why should illegal invaders be rewarded and their crimes dismissed when Americans don't get to do the same?

Sorry, I'm not ok with legalizing those here illegally under any circumstances. We tried that back in 1986 and look where we are today. How are Americans to get their jobs back if 11 million illegal aliens are allowed to remain here? They are putting added strain on our social and natural resources also and will continue to do so. Many if not most are felons by using fake or stolen SS numbers to work or working for cash evading taxes. Is that all to be ignored and forgiven?

These are high birthrate people also. They are already transforming the culture of our country in the states where there are a high number of them and will end up influencing our future elections and are doing so today also. It would also negate our legal immigration quotas for years to come. Nope, they must all go back home and apply to come back legally but with their record of felonies already most will be denied and rightly so!

While I agree with you in principle, the political reality is this: it’s never going to happen. So rather than concentrate on the impossible, I’d rather take an opportunity to stop the problem from continuing. If we can tie a limited amnesty to a tough bill on future immigration, there’s a chance of getting it passed. And those that are here will live and die with the rest of us, but the future of the country will be in a better way. We are never kicking people out en masse. It’s just not going to happen because there is not only an absence of political will to make it happen, but with the millennial progressive movement gaining steam, there will be an increasing tolerance to letting them stay. That, coupled with the already leftist pro-alien stance in place, will make mass ejection a non-starter and an irrational position. Conservatives tend to be all or nothing, and they usually end up with nothing. So be smart, and trade future alien control for present alien tolerance.

LA county is sticking to the socialist script finalized before the 2008 election, while Obama lied his aze off just to win the election.

I never said we had to kick them out en masse. Just deport them as they are found and remove all of the incentives for the rest to remain here. Even if the political will is lessening I would prefer the status quo than legalizing them. It will just encourage more to come here illegally with another amnesty. We were told with the last amnesty that the border would be secured and it didn't happen. There is a lot of objection to completing that 700 mile long wall also. So how can we be assured that more won't continue to come? Even e-verify hasn't been able to pass. Tolerance in the past has gotten us where we are today. Fool me once.......

You also didn't address how will Americans get their jobs back if there is another amnesty.

Marc is right, it is not going to happen and what's sad is that corporations who benefit from hiring illegals have greased the palms of enough politicians that nothing will even happen to slow the flow of immigrants. Trump is appealing to his base with silly promises that will never be fulfilled. As much as you don't want to hear it, US Citizens do not want to slaughter chickens, clean out barns, pick strawberries, make beds or clean toilets in hotels. And even if you deported every illegal working in those occupations tomorrow Americans still won't apply for those jobs, they are dirty, low paying, dead end jobs, many of them dangerous
